How do I create an account?+
Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner, choose your account type (Fan or Creator), fill in your details, and verify your email address.
What's the difference between Fan and Creator accounts?+
Fan accounts can subscribe to creators and access exclusive content. Creator accounts can upload content, set subscription tiers, and earn money from their fans.
How do I set up subscription tiers?+
Go to Creator Settings → Subscription Tiers. Add tier names, prices, and features for each tier. You can create up to 5 different tiers.
When do I get paid?+
Payouts are processed bi-weekly via Stripe. You need a minimum balance of €50 to withdraw. We charge a 20% platform fee.
What content can I post?+
You can post photos, videos, text, and audio. All content must comply with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
How do subscriptions work?+
Choose a creator and subscription tier, enter your payment details, and get instant access to their exclusive content. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes! Go to your Dashboard → Subscriptions and click "Cancel" on any subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I message creators directly?+
Yes, all subscribers can send direct messages to creators they support. Premium tiers may include faster response times.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and some regional payment methods through Stripe.
Is my payment information secure?+
Yes! All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store your credit card details.
Can I get a refund?+
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. However, if you experience technical issues preventing access, contact support.
