By accessing or using 4real6 Platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform
• Use automated systems (bots) without permission

4. Creator Responsibilities

If you are a creator, you must:

• Own or have rights to all content you upload
• Deliver promised content to subscribers
• Comply with content guidelines and laws
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Maintain professional conduct with fans

5. Subscriptions and Payments

For Fans:

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
• Cancel anytime through your account settings
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

For Creators:

• We charge a 20% platform fee on all earnings
• Payouts are processed bi-weekly via Stripe
• Minimum payout threshold: €50
• You are responsible for your own taxes

6. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you post. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

Our Platform: All Platform design, code, features, and branding are owned by 4real6 and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review and remove content that violates our guidelines
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Report illegal content to authorities
• Moderate comments and messages

8. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities or content
• Child exploitation material (zero tolerance)
• Non-consensual intimate content
• Extreme violence or gore
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Terrorism or extremism
• Sale of illegal goods or services

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of content
• Security against unauthorized access
• Specific financial results for creators

10. Limitation of Liability

4real6 Platform shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• User-generated content or third-party actions
• Disputes between users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Harm other users or the Platform
• Fail to pay required fees

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
